Spontaneous logouts on MacOS/FF4 with ZCS 6.0.12p1
Did you find a solution for this? I just had a user report a similar problem with Firefox 4.0.1 on a Mac. We upgraded to 7.1 from 6.0.10 a couple of weeks ago. He reports, "Since I upgraded to Firefox 4.01 and the new Zimbra - it logs out in the middle of use".

Customized spam filter?
Zimbra doesn't support this directly, though they did add support for per-user white/blacklists in 6.0. We added a customized spam filter (per-user whitelist/blacklist, kill threshold, tag threshold) using Amavis's built-in support for storing user preferences in MySQL. You can store site-wide defau...

Help!!! Moving ZCS does not work!
Did you try adding the slashes after the folder names? I tested that with a couple of test folders and it worked right with the trailing slashes, but without them it creates a subdirectory inside the target directory.

Help!!! Moving ZCS does not work!
Try adding a trailing slash to both of your directory arguments to rsync:
rsync -avrlHKpogDt /opt/zimbra.bak/ /opt/zimbra/
Ron
rsync -avrlHKpogDt /opt/zimbra.bak/ /opt/zimbra/

Tracking down calendar 'issues'
We have had sporadic reports of disappearing events, as well. It's very difficult to get any evidence to report to Zimbra, though. For all we know, these users are accidentally deleting the event from their calendars. The calendar data is stored in MySQL in the mboxgroup*.appointment and mboxgroup*....

Drafts(1) when I have no drafts
Is there any reason Zimbra can't work around this by ignoring messages in the Drafts folder which are marked for deletion but not actually removed? There is no way it will ever see them or be able to remove them, so why acknowledge the presence of these messages at all? I suppose the folder could ev...

Drafts(1) when I have no drafts
I didn't actually say I would try that, but I just tested it and it works. You have to choose "Compact folder" in Thunderbird. Thunderbird has an option to auto-expunge the Inbox, but not for other folders. There is a workaround for this, as posted on Mozilla's knowledge Base which is to s...

Drafts(1) when I have no drafts
Re-indexing had no effect. I just got an email from this customer saying there is another mailbox with the same issue, as well.
