help me .. error send mail telnet port 25 zimbra not authentication .

This is allowed because you're sending mail from a trusted host (localhost). So far you haven't posted anything that indicates you actually have anything that needs to be changed.

Zimbra Web interface not working after migration

It looks like it can't talk to mysql. Make sure mysql is running and listening on 127.0.0.1:7306. Also see if typing 'mysql' as zimbra gets you into mysql or gives an error.

Backup of a Group of User-Accounts

"zmprov -l gaa" is the best method of getting a list of all accounts.

It should be noted that Microsoft Hyper-V is also NOT supported by Zimbra, so this should not be used. There has been heavy perf impact noted for customers attempting to use Hyper-V.

Can't send encrypted PDFs through Zimbra 8.5

Yes, you should really never modify the .conf.in files. Changing the value and either waiting a bit for zmconfigd to bounce the AV service or restarting amavisd would have accomplished the same thing, and it would have taken effect.

Yes, my suggestion earlier was actually the fix, so you should go ahead and remove your workaround. I took the fix from the forthcoming patch and just posted the new jar and gave you instructions to manually implement the change. Give that a shot and see if it helps out.

From the case, I'm guessing that you must have had a typo in the change that you made to workaround to Bug 95630 since mailboxd wouldn't start after you made the change, and that's likely in large part why you're having issues. Since you're running NE, please open a case and provide a zmdiaglog (/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdiaglog -a -j -z) from when the system is particularly slow. It'll help us analyze what's in memory and what the system is doing exactly that might be causing the slowness.

Check zmcontrol -v output and make sure you're running build 3042 or 3043. If you're running 3040, make sure you apply the patch.
