Must the milter be restarted to update sender restrictions to distribution lists?
Support told me to either flush the acl cache by running "zmprov fc -a acl" or wait for 15 min (by default), but this does not work for me. I have to reload the milter using "zmmilterctl reload".

Mail being virus scanned twice?
It seems that mails sent to external email address are also scanned
twice? I just retested by sending a mail from the webmail to my gmail
account, I get two "X-Virus-Scanned" headers.

Hi, If I understand well, when amavis_originating_bypass_sa = true, only spam checking is disabled in amavid.conf, but mails are still check (twice) for virus: $policy_bank{'ORIGINATING'} = { # mail supposedly originating from our users ... bypass_spam_checks_maps => [1], # don't spam-check internal...

Must the milter be restarted to update sender restrictions to distribution lists?
Hi, I am testing sender restrictions to distribution lists (ZCS 8.0.2 on RHEL 6.3). I have enabled the milter service for my mail server. The restrictions seem to work only when I restart the milter service. Eg: if I create a list and modify its properties by checking "Only members can send to ...

Why is it necessary to backup the mysql database?
Hi, I am testing Zimbra 8 NE (single node). I read in the doc: MySQL Backup and Restore - Zimbra :: Wiki "Sites that need an extra level of redundancy for their MySQL data can use the MySQL Binary Log and mysqldump. (...) As of HELIX (version 7.x) of ZCS, there is an option to automatically run...

Strange file changes after Zimbra installation...
Hi,
It may be caused by prelinking (you can disable it in /etc/sysconfig/prelink). Also I have had similar problem with readahead service (which modifies ctime).
