How to enable name.surname aliases without @domain part?
Hello, I migrated a mid-size company from Exchange server to Zimbra Open Source edition and it seems it quite faster and much better handles mailboxes over 2 GB in size (actually, some of users have mailboxes over 10 GB in size, architects, lots of pictures) But I have problems with most of users wh...

Sent, Sent Items, Sent Messages
Now, 4 years after original post and year and a half after last reply, issue still not solved! Ok, wouldn't it be easier for Zimbra to join all IMAP clients "sent" folder names not by processing each name one by one, but rather to have sent mail automatically saved in SENT mailbox ON SERVE...

Mail being marked as junk
It is not clear to me why this mail would be marked as Junk. I also ran Bayesian test on it and it shows HAM (not spam). IP is also not on any blacklist, SMTP is not an open relay, and as you say, reverse PTR resolves to sending domain. Maybe Yahoo adds some X-headers which would explain why it is c...

Mail being marked as junk
I think there are 2 problems: 1.) X-Originating-IP is not even near the IP of the server 2.) Message-ID says it is from @Artois, but mail is from @emailtest.co.uk I guess your HOSTNAME of Zimbra server should match "mailhost.emailtest.co.uk" and "mailhost.emailtest.co.uk" should ...

Error importing PST
I can confirm this: Using ZCS Import Wizard for Outlook from Windows SERVER produces error "Unable to logon to profile", regardless of Outlook profiles or MAPI installed on server. So I copied all .PST files (which I created with EXMERGE) from server to one of client Windows XP machines, a...

Upgrading 6.x ZCS
Great, thanx!

Automatic mail client settings
Hi,
a lot of e-mail client programs have an option to "Automatically retreive e-mail settings from internet". Does anybody know how this works and how to implement this with Zimbra server?
I ask as server admin, not as a client.

Sort user accounts by domain, not by name?
Thanx, Bdial.
Seems like I need to face the facts, since Zimbra Standard edition for my web hosting purposes (1700+ accounts) would cost me at least 25.000€/year only for e-mail solution, which is waaaaaaay too much.
