Thank you britechguy, you summed up my frustrations exactly. Especially paragraph #3. It isn't like these issues are new, I bumped a topic that was a over year old in regards to the syncing issue. So if people that work on zimbra actually DO read the forums, then what does it say that they never bot...

I doubt it. zimbra customer support seems like garbage. Hardly any comments, hardly any help. I think they either ignore them, or they are woefully under staffed

So.... does zimbra customer support actually exist? seems like this is a serious issue, and yet no comments from customer support to actually help the matter.
