Zimbra talk is not included in products on https://support.zimbra.com/submitcase nor in bugzilla, what is the right mode to ask support for Zimbra Talk?

You can move the action to th ZCS8 acrion menu un the toolbar

I can confirm that migration wizard behaviour is different. You can start from /opt/zimbra/bin/zmaccts and add the info you want, you can merge info from zmprov gquo servername
