Outlook 2003 meetings display 1 hour early, schedule correctly
I have a single user (known to us at least) who is using Outlook 2003 with the 7.0.1 connector. The issue also occurs with the Outlook connector 6.0.10. Essentially when we setup a meeting in Outlook at 8am for Bob and send it to a ZWC user John who sees 7am instead in the wording. The strange part ...

[SOLVED] Mandatory Domain Signature assistance please
I never did. I've had issues getting it to work and haven't looked at it recently. I'll be upgrading to 7.1 soon and will probably attempt to make it work after that.

[SOLVED] Folders with Magnifying Glass icon
OK, disregard this. The user was using the Save button on the search bar thinking she was "saving" the email for later reading. Instead she was creating a blank search with the title she typed in. Some how she missed the 3 messages all stating that this is a saved search, where to save the...

[SOLVED] Folders with Magnifying Glass icon
I have a single user who has many of her folders changed. They no longer have the manilla folder and now have been replaced with the saved search folder icon with the magnifying glass. If you click on one of these folders you will have a listing of the Inbox. It's like they are all now blank searche...

[SOLVED] RAR file with Z7 and Redhat
Easy, can do. That's what I assumed, I'll go see what can be done since it seems Redhat doesn't bother to put RAR in there repos.

[SOLVED] RAR file with Z7 and Redhat
Does Zimbra 7 not have the ability to scan RAR files or is it dependent on the host OS, Redhat in this case, having unrar available? I just had a user ask about how to open this file "UPS" sent for their package they were not expecting. Of course I tried to open the RAR file on my windows ...

Mail storage value
Take a look at the total size of the /opt/zimbra/backup folder. With the current method Zimbra uses all backups are stored there with minimal compression for speed. For example, I have roughly 300gb mail and files in my store folder, but 800gb in backups. To solve this I added a 1tb RAID with larger...

Logo Login Banner dimensions changed in 7.0?
I haven't updated to 7 yet, did they not adjust the wording in the Admin GUI to reflect the new pixel sizes?

Your server's license has expired - when I installed it
Check in your Zimbra Admin console: Global Settings (on left) > License (tab on right) This will list your license type, issue date, company, expire date, all the pertinent details. If they are not correct, definitely call your Zimbra Rep. Also during the trial, the Zimbra Tech Support is very helpf...
