Social - recovering deleted accounts
A couple here, including myself, have noticed that if we delete our Twitter or Facebook accounts within the Social Zimlet, then try to add them back, it doesn't work. The Zimlet seems to hang, and it's never possible to re-establish the accounts. Does something need to be cleaned out of the db?

[SOLVED] Exchange/BES, Zimbra environment
We currently have a BES server (don't know the specifics) interacting with our Exchange environment. We're also gradually migrating our Cyrus IMAP users over to Zimbra, a few of which use Blackberries. Is it possible to have BES talk to more than one backend server, in this case an Exchange environm...

[SOLVED] Social Zimlet Zimbra 6.0.2. NE Twitter Issue
Well, our installation of the Social Zimlet in 6.0.3 can't talk to Twitter, like OP reported. Checked that ntp is running on the server, and time seems fine. I uninstalled the Zimlet, flushed the zimlet cache, then installed the version posted in this thread. Not sure what to try next, I thought I'd...

Need to delete tons of mail....
One of our users got whacked by some kind of mail loop. I looked at a few of the messages in question, and they had had hundreds of duplicate lines for:
X-Virus-Scanned: amavisd-new at ourhost.ourdomain
and:
X-Mailer: Zimbra 6.0.3_GA_1915.SLES10_64
So now what? How do I...

Invites and .ics files auto-populate in calendar
Oh wait. One cannot set the default value for Automatically add received appointments to calendar. This can be changed in one's personal Preferences, but I don't see where the default can be set to off for this....

Invites and .ics files auto-populate in calendar
Is there any way to suppress the behavior of Zimbra to automatically place events from incoming e-mail that has .ics attachments in the user's calendar?
Looks like in the admin interface you can change this under the appropriate COS. However, before I do that...

zimbraHideInGAL, Edge MTA, and LDAP
Not using Sendmail, and a somewhat different application, but still the same basic question: how to remotely confirm the existence of an account that has zimbraHideInGal=TRUE? How does the Sendmail config get around that issue?

[SOLVED] FH_DATE_PAST_20XX - Spamassassin bug - incorrect tagging from Jan 1, 2010 on
Do you mean running sa-update or getting sa-update with Zimbra? If you mean running it then the rules should have been updated at spamassassin so running sa-update shouldn't be a problem. If you mean getting sa-update with Zimbra then it's available from 6.x.[/QU...
