I had issue on 8.7.x from a very large IMAP mailbox with multiple connections caused this. Eventually I found in mailbox.log that the messages were not delivered because the IMAP threads had locks on these mailboxes. It really helped clearing out that mailbox so that many clients were not trying to ...

First be sure that this is definitely zimbra MTA (/opt/zimbra/common/libexec/master running) and not system postfix still running. Then also check

Have you checked that external accounts aren't disabled? Under Manage > Accounts > Boss's user > Features > External IMAP access is checked? Emails should be simple enough with an imap2imap, imapsync tool. I have not done this and have no ideas for calendar and contacts. With just one account, if yo...

I just moved from rhel6 to rhel7 and then from 8.7.11 to 8.8.15. I did with just 2 servers as a Swing upgrade because there were network changes as well and our Enterprise does not move quickly unfortunately. was this resolved? the antispam filter will mark as junk. will need to see headers to know why. can disable it. I will have to check my system tomorrow to know what command if you want to disable antispam for domain.
