Re: Can Zimbra autodelete items marked with :::SPAM::: ?
Is there any way to actually separate out what it puts in the junk folder but does not mark as :::SPAM::: from the rest of the 'maybe' junk that are not given the mark of :::SPAM::: ? Or is there a way to tell iOS Mail not to download them? Or not to download the contents of that folder, so I can l...

Re: Can Zimbra autodelete items marked with :::SPAM::: ?
Am I doing it wrong? You did not tell us that the messages were correctly filtered by Zimbra and put in the Junk folder (I understood your issue was the mails not going into the Junk folder, not an issue with filtering "inside" the Junk folder). What is happening here is the standard beha...

Re: Filters not working
Hello.
Almost 6 years later, still experiencing the issue (8.8.15 and 9-last-patch).
Most of the time the filters work.
But sometime the messages end up in inbox with nothing specific in mailbox.log.
Running the filter manually always work.

Re: No send to function?
If you need a desktop client, I think that today the least worst experience (on Windows) is to use Thunderbird. You'll sync mails using IMAP, calendars/contact with calDAV/cardDAV (or ActiveSync if you have the proper license server-side or Zpush). And it can be use for "Send To". I person...

Re: No send to function?
zDesktop 2 (when it was much more open than it is today) was MAPI compliant and provided the "Send to" function. The word "MAPI" doesn't even appear in the current documentation of current zDesktop. https://zimbra.github.io/documentation/zimbra-desktop/zdesktop.html Maybe you cou...

Re: Original email address after mail forward missing
If you want to keep the original sender, you have to use "redirect" not "forward".

Re: Migrate FOSS 8.8.15 to fresh new Zimbra 10 Network Edition,
Daffodil (v10) and NG backups contain different format and you will not be able to directly use the Daffodil (v10) Backup & Restore feature to restore your NG backups. Also, if the NG backup is used for anything other than disaster recovery, we recommend copying the NG backup to an archive loca...

Re: Zimbra 9.0.0 or 8.8.15 ask license when installing
All Network Edition releases (8.8.15, 9.x, 10.x) need a license file.
