Try using the full path when invoking the command. Or cd into the directory and invoke it as ./zmmsgtrace.
I also wouldn't see any harm in adding /opt/zimbra/libexec to the zimbra user's path variable in /opt/zimbra/.bashrc, although doing so might not survive upgrades.

I don't know what the cause is, but I can't reproduce the bug in Zimbra 7.1.3. I'm using Safari 5.1.1.
Possibly it's Bug 57684 – Printing work week results in wrong days displayed, so you might want to upgrade or patch your installation.

Actually, most of the time DSPAM is getting it right even when the mail is classified incorrectly. E.g. yesterday DSPAM scored 60% of the submitted spam correctly.
