We have never had success using the Admin Console to install GoDaddy certs, unfortunately. We always wind up doing it from the commandline, using the instructions in the wiki document.
Hope that helps,
Mark

LDAP or Active Directory?
Authenticating against AD and Zimbra's own LDAP we have found both work reliably. If you have a solid AD implementation already, it would be easier on your end-users to avoid having to deal with yet another set of credentials, at the cost of a little bit more setup work for you. Hope that helps, Mark

Setting up zmdailyreport
The Daily Report should be set up already in Zimbra's crontab on the logger host. Check the Junk folder for the destination admin mailbox though, as the Daily Report sometimes gets flagged as spam. So, the first thing to do is to check on the logger host if the daliy report script is actually schedu...

$3 Dewey's is still there, with the same great burgers and beers! Next time you are up this way give a holler; always looking for an excuse to go to $3 Dewey's! All the best, Mark P.S. When you have a moment, please run as the zimbra user "zmcontrol -v" and update your profile with the out...

[quote user="the_griz"]Thanks for the advice. I appreciate it greatly. I have been watching the amavisd tmp directory located in /opt/zimbra/data/amavisd/tmp. However, I have yet to see it go above 3MB. I have a script checking it every 15 seconds. How much RAM disk do I need to devote to ...

change all user to other class of Service COS
Before you do this though, if all/most of the user accounts have their COS set to "Auto" in the Admin Console, then you can just change the COS for the domain and all of the accounts with "Auto" set will inherit the change. Hope that helps save you a bit of work... All the best, ...

reverse DNS issue? -> 25 Connection Timed Out? = emails stuck in queue
We like the report format from DNSStuff.com. It's a modest paid subscription service, but when we have a client with DNS and related issues, it's nice to email them a report right from the site to prove that things need to be addressed. Reverse DNS entries are done by whomever owns your IP addresses...

Possible to verify outbound smtp 'from' address?
If you look at the Daily Mail Report you can see which of your mailbox accounts are sending out the most email; the ones that are sending way too much are likely compromised, yes? You can then change the password on those accounts and call (by phone!) the "real" end-users to give them thei...

removing a server from multiserver install
You don't need to uninstall Zimbra from the server to be deleted, but you should shut down Zimbra on the server to be deleted first! I would also just be sure that nothing remains on that server, like distribution lists or something else you might not think to look for... Next, on the LDAP master as...
