Passwords
I'll just add my 2 cents, take it or leave it. I completely understand where you are coming from with this, as it has caused me issues while supporting users. But, passwords aren't encrypted ONLY for technical security. I've dealt with this question many time and the major reason that I refuse to kn...

[SOLVED] Domain Forwarding from old NON ZIMBRA domain
Agree with uxbod, but I think I understand what you're getting at. I'll give it a shot. We recently did this with a domain that was being migrated to our Zimbra servers. We kept the same domain between both the old mail system and Zimbra. First we created the domain in the Zimbra Admin and executed ...

Doubt about Full Backup
If I'm recalling this right, incremental backups will contain any new accounts plus the redo logs since the last backup. The traditional full backups that are performed by default use hard links on the file system to reference previously stored blobs in the current backup, rather than storing them m...

Lightning hanging up Tbird on ZCS 5.0.11?
Just a follow-up. I have tried TB 3 beta and Lightning 1.0-pre. Although behavior improves, it still isn't usable. I also attempted to get the latest stable release of Sunbird. It's performance too was unacceptable. Both setups would lag in showing changes to the calendars and when I made a change, ...

Lightning hanging up Tbird on ZCS 5.0.11?
Does anyone know where this patch can be found? We are currently experiencing the same issue (it appears) on 5.0.15 NE. I'm downloading the TB 3.0 Beta to see if this corrects the issue.

Zmmailboxmove Results in Corrupted Mailboxes
Just thought I would give an update. We have completed our move using zmmailboxmove and it went quite smoothly with no corrupted accounts. The issue seems to be with mailbox servers caching which mailbox server a specific mailbox sits on. So if a user hadn't logged in recently, the move worked and t...

Domino Migration Wizard fails because of SSL problem...
We are seeing this error using the 5.0.15 migrator. Anyone know about how this issue was addressed? We are using a commercial certificate on the mailbox server.

Dusty

Any update on this issue? We have a customer waiting for some Zimlets.
Could we request Zimbra Support provide the Zimlets we are needing?
Cheers,
Dusty

no option to accept share
We are having this same issue with a new account on our system. We're on 5.0.15. It isn't very many of our accounts that it affects (two that I'm aware of), but the other account has had this issue since 4.5.x. Usually going into the standard client allows the user to accept the share and then switc...

zmmailbox java.net.SocketTimeoutException Read timed out
Just a quick thought... is IO or proc being hit?
I've noticed that when purging messages from the WebUI, some times it will time-out while it works. After a while, the process will complete and everything goes back to normal.
Cheers,
Dusty
