It depends on how you setup your domains in your Zimbra server.
If you used domain aliasing between your three domains, user2@domain1.com, user2@domain2.com and user2@domain3.com will be the same mailbox.

Maurits, we hit the same issue with French translated Zimbra/ZCO.
