The error is pretty clear. His isp is blocked and he should use their smtp servers (or alternatives) instead of relaying directly. Likely be has a dynamic ip that is frequently abused.

I would say you're going to need to upload your main.cf and master.cf and probably zimbra.log files in order for someone to be able to help figure out what's broken. The snippets you've posted are generally only giving a small portion of the data needed to figure out a cause.

Sometimes the package cache can be corrupted or contain all data. If it happens in the future, yum clean all should fix it.

Dear, Removing logging rule does not solve the problem. The are somethings very strange from Zimbra behavior. However, I manage to create a new IPTABLES configuration and it seems to fix the problem.
