yeah...you'll still need a windows box to run BES. once the Zimbra BES product is installed on that machine, you will be able to provision users against the Zimbra GAL through the standard BES management applications.

can you try to right click drag and move the folder instead of copying it?

this should work fine if you are moving the folder within the same zimbra store in outlook.

also make sure to check the credentials that you are using to authenticate. maybe your "internet password" is not in sync with your notes password?

try using the fully qualified host name of the domino server..i.e. domino01.mycompany.com. if this doesn't work, you can always try to download a free ldap browser to verify your ldap server settings on the domino server. is the ldap task running?
