Hi, notice that with the new support portal the email login has changed: it is not your email anymore, it is something like name.surname@support.zimbra.com . At first I did not notice that and tried many times password reset procedure without receiving any email.

As far as I know is not possible to migrate Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Agenda using imapsync. You have to export every Address book, calendar, etc... from Outlook and then import them on zimbra using web interface or command line, one by one.

I do not have an answer for your question about multi GAL accounts, but a possible workaround could be a script that periodically exports GAL from infr A and merges it on every GAL account address book of infr B with the existing GAL contacts.
