Re: Server Migration
Thanks. I'm seeing a lot of "rsync failed: operation not permitted" flying across my screen as it's attempting to do this from my test server. Is there something that I'm missing? Should this be done as root?

Thank you for the info. One more question if you don't mind. Would the certificate transfer over with the settings to the new server as well?

Re: Server Migration
You can have a look at this thread too: https://forums.zimbra.org/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=69746&p=301926 The destination server will be the very same as the old one (from the user/mailbox point of view), it will "just" be on a new/different OS. Thank you. So if I'm understanding corr...

Re: Server Migration
In addition to what ian mentions (which is a good method) you can just move the Zimbra folder. Make sure to attach the volumes in the same location. Details on that can be found here: https://forums.zimbra.org/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=70488&p=304180#p304180 Zimbra doesn't care what OS you're on...

Server Migration
Hello, I've found myself in a situation where I'm going to have to have to migrate our current Zimbra installation from our existing server to a new server. I've found this article: https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/How_to_move_ZCS_to_another_server. But what's not very clear is how the mailboxes will co...
