Shared briefcase in 5.0.6
Why don't you just apply the fix, keep the old files and put them back before upgrading to 5.0.7?

Shared briefcase in 5.0.6
We have the same problem. Support pointed to the same bug, but no word on a workaround. We can't access our shared files now. They can be accessed using webdav, but that does only work on mac os X properly for us.

problem with caldav and leopard
I seem to have 'solved' my own problem (see the first post). My primary calendar in iCal was full of appointments from 2003 until now. OK This would explain it, though I still do not understand why our Macs generally have detached windows opening faster. I will see if we can use less zimlets. The coolest thing ever, though, cannot be used from within a detached window. It would be great if it would be possible to upload attachments...

Problems with Firefox
We also notice very slow opening of new detached windows in 5.0.2. But only on Windows (FF and IE). We use Release 5.0.2_GA_1975.UBUNTU6 UBUNTU6 NETWORK edition.
Any solution for this?

problem with 0.78 on Mac
See below. It appears that in the end zdesktop has synchronized everything, so there is not a real problem, but the interface indicates that something is wrong. That is somewhat confusing. 2008-02-06 10:44:25,352 WARN [main] [] misc - LC.get(debug_calendar_allow_non_display_alarms) was null, returni...

I ran the installer of 0.78 on my Mac (which has no previous installation of zimbra desktop). At the end of the installation process I fill out the form for my zimbra account. When I press 'Save Settings' for the first time it shows: system failure: java.lang.NullPointerException The second time and...
