Re: Certificate Question

The best thing to do would be to purchase and install a certificate from a certificate authority. That way there will be a chain of trust, and you will not get that error on any common web browsers. You are looking at about $18 per year. As a work around, you can accept your self-signed certificate ...

Re: All Inbound mail blocked using multi.uribl.com

Looks like you are looking for: zmprov mcf -attrName remove_value To see what RBLs you are currently using: zmprov gacf | grep zimbraMtaRestriction Note - I have not tried this, found it here: https://forums.zimbra.org/viewtopic.php?t=8914 Seems like the official documentation I found needs to be up...

Re: How to get IP of user trying to connect to web interface?

I wrote a monitoring daemon, zlockoutd, to send the admin an alert when there is a lockout. You can get it from here. https://github.com/howanitz/zimbra_lockoutd Additionally, I have something like the following running on a cronjob - I also run it manually if there is a lockout to find where the di...

Re: Zimbra Collaboration 8.7.x and Ubuntu OS update corrupts/removes Zimbra installation

I am waiting on upgrading (the paid NE) until things stabilize more. I wish issues of this order would get email alerts to paying customers.

Re: zmbackup schedule

With the default system, the worst one tape failure can mean is a loss of a week of backups. (A week is not acceptable loss for us, so we do a full backup nightly -...

Ubuntu update changes sudoers

The recent security updates for Ubuntu wants to replace the /etc/sudoers file. If you allow it to do so, Zimbra will not run properly after the required reboot. You will get errors and prompts asking you for the zimbra password when running 'zmcontrol status'. You should back up /etc/sudoers first, ...

Re: Large amount of emails sent during the night (possible spam)

I do run it as a cron job, but if you cannot run it manually, it will not run as a cron job either.

Did you change all the "example.com" text?

Did you make your file executable with chmod?

Did you remember to include the path when running it?

Re: Outlook Connector for Mac OSX

We have 8.6 NE lic, and also purchased the EWS licenses, but disappointed with the limitations of Outlook for Mac. Any thoughts on when we might see shared calendars? Better support of features?
