Hi Bill,
As mentioned, I have run your command but all the ports no longer works until I login to web admin to enable the proxy. Is there something I missed out?

POP and IMAP can't work
Hi Bill, I have followed your instruction and run these in Terminal, but it didn't work. Now I can't access either on standard or non-standard ports. Next, I login to web admin and notice that the proxy has been disabled and enable it again. When I save, the system prompt me for proxy setting and I ...

POP and IMAP can't work
Hi Bill,
Thanks for replying. My installation is single server (on VMware iESX) and the version is:
Release 5.0.11_GA_2695.UBUNTU8 UBUNTU8 FOSS edition
I didn't change the default configuration during Zimbra Installation and the proxy wasn't enable previously.
Cheers,
Boon Hong.

POP and IMAP can't work
I finally get it to work by changing the default port in Outlook to the non-standard port used by Zimbra:
IMAP: 7143, SSL: 7993
POP: 7110, SSL: 7900
IMAP: 7143, SSL: 7993
POP: 7110, SSL: 7900

POP and IMAP can't work
We have no problem using Zimbra thru the web browser, but we can't download emails thru email programs such as Thunderbird and Outlook etc. Yet we can send email thru these email programs. Any idea what could be the possible cause? We tried both POP and IMAP. And have enable POP in both admin and us...

[SOLVED] Option to recover unintentional deleted email from shared folders
Done. 2 votes now.
Funny that bugzilla asked me to enter a username and my real name, yet the login name is either of them but my email address. This is so misleading. Can we vote for this as bug too? lol

[SOLVED] Option to recover unintentional deleted email from shared folders
When we work too fast, we often delete email unintentionally which we can always recover back by dragging it out from the trash folder. But this is not possible for shared folders. The problem can be solved if the shared folders' trash can be shared too. If not, having a shortcut/alias of the delete...
