What does the first screen of your Outlook setup look like? You may have to disable Outlook 365 simplified account creation, if the issue is what I'm thinking it is.

Well I finally got the new Outlook profile to load, after I noticed a message in the background about the Zimbra add-in being disabled. But I'm not sure what caused the Zimbra tab to turn up missing like that. Was the add-in disabled when I reinstalled ZCO? Or did that some how happen before?

Same problem here with 8.7.11 patch 12. I was blaming Outlook at first. Looks like I unfairly blamed Microsoft for once.

The problem is fixed now. I think due to his extremely large mailbox, the messages took extra long to sync over.

Sent mail did not sync
I have two users who I recently upgraded to new machines with Outlook 2016, running Zimbra Outlook Connector 8.8.12.1813. One user's sent mail folder synced over to the new machine, just fine. The other did not. What can I checkm for to see why this did not work? Thanks.

Hi, I'm not quite sure that providing access to a user mailbox, will give that user the rights to "send as" and "send on behalf of" that one would typically need when performing such actions. Could you make sure that from user John (I think you can do this from admin console go ...

So User John left my company and User Jane replaced him. I gave Jane shared access to John's mailbox, but any time she tries to forward one of his emails from Outlook, she gets a bounceback stating that she doesn't have permission to do this. I opened the ticket and support had me reset the user's Sync Token back to a number before the request that was indicated in the email. I believe that may have fixed it. Hopefully I can confirm with the user when he returns tomorrow.
