I've just started to have the same issue.... did you manage to resolve it ?

Get a similar problem every few days, clicking "ok" on the crash window, clears away the error and the services restart themselves....
not ideal, but doesn't seem to cause any major problems.
It only starts occurring when you have a certain number of users (above 30 in our experience)

That's the process I've been using to solve the issue of users not receiving emails, certainly works for me.

Great, what version of the connector have you got ?
(we're currently running ZimbraBESConnector-5.0.5_GA_2206_5.0.2582.5.msi)
and did you just apply SP5 over the top of the existing setup ?

will the requirement for outlook still be there in the next beta ?

of course the other question is how easy is it to update to SP5 from SP4....

Got to say it's not without issues, people are aware that this is "BETA" but are happy to take a chance to get the service... I've done two complete server rebuilds and gone around and wiped and re-setup the devices on test. There are certainly performance issues though and I'm hoping that...
