Zimbra Web interface not working after migration

Are you seeing any errors in mailbox.log? You should also run /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms -extended as root.

How to upgrade from Zimbra 6/Centos 5 to Zimbra 8/Centos 6?

If you follow the server-move Wiki of Adam's, your downtime will be fairly minimal. You can do most of the rsyncing of data while the system is online, and then do a final rsync when the system is down (which will take only a short period of time to sync the difference since the last sync).
yes it is possible.
Error Reports are NOT sent automatically to Zimbra. They are placed in an 'Error Reports' folder in zdesktop. If you want to submit them, select the message in that folder and there is a button in the header that says 'Report'. Click on 'Report' to submit the report to Zimbra.
