files he made to get the system working again. Communications between

When we configured the system we went by the manual, so whatever he
did apparently wasn't there. We couldn't have done it on our own.
If you use open-source Zimbra like us, and in need of support, we highly
recommend OSE support package. Reasonably priced and worked for us.
