Install and Configure Service Needed

I would like for someone (business or individual) to assist in getting our Demo Zimbra running Side by Side with our Exchange 2003 server. We will then purchase licenses and activate the demo once all is well. I am willing to pay for this service. We currently are running SBS 2003, Zimbra is on our ESXi 5.1 server, we route inbound and outbound mail through McAfee MXlogic Portal.

It seems as if that isn't geared towards the appliance installation... I am completely new to mail servers. I am managing around 50 users and would gladly pay for assistance.
