Hi,
I was wondering if the latest Zimbra able to support for High Availability with Load Balancer. The scenario is having two ZCS physical server to be load balance using a load balancer appliance. Any reference for this solution? Can ZCS support for this architecture?

Last time I consulted with Zimbra, it can, same as any other web based application server.
What are our requirements/load/current usage?

It will store a mailbox for 3000 users. Does it require to have a shared/clustered disk between the servers?

Clustered disk of course. On RHEL or CentOS, last I was told (ver. 7) only 2+1 setup was supported for redhat cluster. There's a multiserver install document at zimbra document's page.
If you're going for network edition, you could ask zimbra sales for help on provisioning.

RedHat cluster support is removed in ZCS8 and later. I do not recommend going that route.
