Dear,
we have trouble on upgrade 8.8.9 to the latest 8.8.15 on Debian/SID.
Updated the respository, but apt does not download any version newer than:
zimbra@:/root$ zmcontrol -v
Release 8.8.9.GA.3019.UBUNTU16.64 UBUNTU16_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.9_P10.
Someone can put me on the right direction in order to understand why no latest release are installed?

Hi, you have to download the installer - https://zimbra.org/download/zimbra-collaboration
I believe the repo's are for patches only.

I don't know why you're surprised, that's the way upgrades are always done for ZCS.onzyg wrote:Life saver it helps my upgrade, thanks!

By the way: I'm currently setting up my own build infrastructure for ZCS, which will create apt repos for directly installing / upgrading ZCS.
Already fixed several of bugs in the build system (and now it also compiles on Debian, which hadn't been possible for about a decade ;-p).
I'm currently in process of cleaning up the build/packaging process so each source repo will create it's own deb package.
(for now, several zm-core copies over tons of files from many other repos) and moving all necessary setup logic from
the horrible install script to the packages themselves (like we're doing in Debian for decades).
Feel free to mail me directly, if you're interested: info@metux.net
Just in case anybody's curious about me: I used to be a HoD for an major Zimbra integration partner, did a lot of pretty deep customizations
for *huge* installations (10^6 users) and also created the Zimbra package manager (which *still* wasn't picked up by Zimbra folks, even after
all these years in field production use )
Now, I'm back, helping some even bigger Zimbra integration partner w/ solving nasty Bugs that Zimbra folks just ignored for many years.
Right now, preparing for a fork ...
