zimbra 8.8.12 update problems ubuntu 16.04- 18.04

Hello,
I have a server with zimbra 8.8 nd it works fine until a partner do OS upgrade, an chenge to 18.04, now my zimbra just said :

Compilation failed in require at /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcontrol line 27.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcontrol line 27.

Now i cannot start my server and don't have any backup, there is a way to re deploy the zimbra server without loose my email accounts and messages ?

Seems as though they didn't install the 18.04 version of 8.8.12 after the os upgrade.
