Zimbra 8.8.15p2 - TzMsg is not defined

Upgrade from 8.8.15p1 to 8.8.15p2 on Ubuntu 18.04

1. Used apt-get patch, mobile web client failed. Can login but no message is displayed.

2. Re-install using complete package. Mobile web is back but Admin website (7071) is blank.

3. Re-install again using complete package. Admin site came back, but extra localhost domain with services all offline.

4. Click on Preferences and TzMsg is not defined pops up.

Where on earth is the QC on this???? Please help!

Update: Took care of the localhost domain with "zmloggerhostmap -d localhost localhost"

I have the same issue with the TzMsg not defined message popup when trying to click on Preferences. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Force install several different versions of zimbra-timezone-data package but still does not help. Rebooted, restarted zimbra, etc. Epic fail on this 8.8.15 release.

we have same problem.
just upgraded via apt dist-upgrade within ubuntu 18.04
mobile web client failt (looks like soap-answers are empty)

Addition: It looks like not online the mobile-theme is broken, its the standard (html) broken too. There comes the error msg "a client error occurred. Please try again."

So actually only the "Ajax-Webmail" looks like working correctly.

Same problem here:

Admin website (7071) is blank.

Click on Preferences and TzMsg is not defined pops up.

Furthermore:
- taking an appointment on a shared calendar, freezes the appointment tab. The "save & close" button clicks down but nothing happens

With these differences:
-we upgraded from 8.8.12 with full package install
-we're on centos 7.6

I just installed tzdata 2019c-0ubuntu0.18.04 and the Preferences tab is back! This is, of course, for Ubuntu 18.04.

had same problem - there was just some .js files missing... if you have an other installation - try to copy that manually from there.....

Click on Preferences and TzMsg is not defined pops up.

same here now after "reinstall" - we are looking for a solution for that problem....

Oops. Spoke too soon. It worked for a little bit and for reasons unknown it stopped working again. Same message when clicking on Preferences.

Update: Upon further testing, this is a client side issue. The test that worked earlier was done on a computer/browser that was never used to visit the zimbra server. Once I cleared the browser cache on the computers that didn't work, the error is gone.

Hi ALL !
I have the same issues after update to the 8.8.15p2.
1) Admin panel is blank and return :
net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING 200 (OK)
2) Preferences is not working for the normal users and return "TzMsg is not defined"
Package tzdata is already the newest version (2019c-0ubuntu0.18.04).
