Have you looked at the log files to see exactly what happened, can you connect to the Zimbra repository? Which version of ZCS are you trying to install?

I'm trying to install zimbra 8.8.15 ( zcs-8.8.15_GA_3953.RHEL8_64.20200629025823])... today I changed the Linux distribution that was on Rocky Linux and switched to Oracle Linux but still the same error.

I looked in the log file but I didn't find the error, simply after downloading all the packages it returns the

Hello everyone... I really need help, I couldn't identify the error in the installation of Zimbra, I've looked in the logs on the internet but I couldn't... now I'm using Oracle Linux 8.6 and the installation of zimbra is 8.8. 15 but the errors are the same.

Did you run that ping command from the Zimbra server? Do you use a local DNS server or do you have dnsmasq installed with Zimbra?
