Connection timed out

I have installed zimbra lately and I am finding a odd issue where i am being to able to send the email but not being able to receive the mail in my inbox. I can see the log where I even receive the email to zimbra mail server from gmail/hotmail . I have allowed all my port in my firewall settings .
I get logs like this when trying to send an email within the same domain as well.

status=deferred (delivery temporarily suspended: connect to mail.simona.com.np[103.27.277.27]:7025: Connection timed out

Hi, this is networking issue not zimbra. Your DNS system must work correctly. You can try to telnet to mail server with port 25 to check the network connection.
