It seems like every update and patch I have seen in the past couple of years has had severe problems found by users in this forum.
Before I update to 8.8.15 Patch 20, I would like to know if there is a way to submit a bug report to Zimbra support without purchasing the Network Edition.
I did see a Zimbra support engineer named @jhurley with 4 posts to this forum replied to this thread viewtopic.php?f=13&t=69414&p=300910#p300910
So it seems like there is some visibility of this forum, but I have rarely seen Zimbra support interact with this forum.
Please advise what the proper channels there are to submit a bug report or view existing bugs. The old bug tracker is no longer available for public view.

With such a high level of new bugs and problems being introduced by urgent security patches, we need to be able to communicate with the development team.
Discuss your pilot or production implementation with other Zimbra admins or our engineers.
