Not sure what to tell you. The directions work; I’m sure you’ve double checked everything.
Personally, I prefer setting Zimbra up as the Primary.
Since things aren’t working now, you could back out your changes and try configuring Zimbra as Primary if you wish.

now in webmail send smae domain is out to Primary server,
only smtp send can not out to Primary server
