system failure: accumulating deletion info

Hello guys !
I recently get this error when i tried to clean the inbox folder for the admin account.
the admin have more than 200k messages in inbox folder.

zimbra@AR-ZIMBRA:/root$ zmmailbox -z -m admin@ar.azcuba.cu emptyFolder Inbox
ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: accumulating deletion info)

please, their is no way to clean the inbox folder for the admin account, can someone help me ?

How about setting the account up in Thunderbird?

i'm not using thunderbrd, i use the zimbra web gui.
but i'm trying to empty inbox folder from shell console using cli commands, and get failure.
