Upgrading Ubuntu 12.04 - linux-generic-lts-quantal

I have a question. Will running the updates on Ubuntu 12.04 (in particular the backported hardware enablement stack "linux-generic-lts-quantal") break my Zimbra OCS install [8.0.3_GA_5664.FOSS]? It would be a travesty if I upgraded it and suddenly my Zimbra install dont work.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

No running normal updates shouldn't affect zimbra since it's mostly self contained and doesn't depend on very many system packages, and most distributions don't make such drastic changes within the same release.
