We have the same problem.
We have ZCS 8.0.7 version with Centos 6.5.
Our servers works properly but every night we have this alerts.
any help will be welcome.

Overnight notifications of services stopping/starting
I have the same problem with ZCS 8.0.4 with centos 6.4. I thought I have problem with ZCS 8.0.4 but now ZCS 8.0.7 is infected too. So I postpone the upgrade and re-check the server.
- Disable IPV6 in CentOS
- Modify MTA setting in server setting, delete ipv6 address in MTA trust network.
- Cause I see services restart nearly every 2 hours, I increase update time slot of clamav from 2 hours to 24 hours.
=> Server run well 12 hours without any service restarted. However this morning, alerts come back at 2:00am and 4:00am.
