how to increase attachment File Size for individual user

it's default size is 10000 (9.7 MB)

this isn't supported, the max message size is a global config value, or maybe per server I can't remember but definately not a user attribute

Hi,
You can set or configure Mailbox size ( Quota ) "zimbraMailQuota", but you cannot increase attachment File Size for individual user.

But you can check "zimbraFileUploadMaxSizePerFile" attribute (ZCS-8.0.6. NE)
To Check all user related attribute , by execute following command.

$ zmprov ga user@example.com
