Security against scammers and fake email address?

Post by 1415bhwong »

Is it possible to configure Zimbra such that outsiders who attempt to fake email account from one of our hosted domains will automatically get deleted or at least marked as spam?
What about having a check to ensure that email sent from a domain must at least match the sender email domain?
Also, when replying, is it possible to configure Zimbra to show the full email address? If not, "Boss" will show up as Boss to the end user,

and they will not even notice that it is sending to privateme010@gmail.com at all!

Going to add a "me to" to this, I have been seeing a number of these emails from none exsistant users.

They are getting caught by the spam filter as we flag on SPF but I would prefer to just delete them.
