Hello again,
Well I proceeded with the migration to 64-bit yesterday via these instructions: Network Edition: Moving from 32-bit to 64-bit Server - Zimbra :: Wiki
and here is my current issue
when typing in zmcontrol status I get this
Host hostname.domain.com (substituted of course with my domain name)
antispam Running
antivirus Running
archiving Running
convertd Running
ldap Running
logger Running
mailbox Stopped
zmmtaconfig is running.
mailboxd is not running.
zmmailboxdctl is not running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running
stats Running
I then thought to try a manual start of zmmailboxdctl to no avail. It claims it started however it did not.
So I looked in my zimbra.log and here are some responses in my log:

These messages just continue and repeat basically.
I believe I copied the ssl keys over correctly according to the instructions on the wiki. I have self-signed certs by the way.
The one thing that did not work effectively during the entire process was that when copying all the localconfig.xml passwords over the "zimbra_logger_mysql_password" and "mailboxd_keystore_base_password" did not exist in my 64bit install. There are several other value's that do not exist in the new install as well.
Should I just copy and overwrite the 64-bit localconfig.xml with the 32-bit on the old server? Would that work?
At this moment my school is down for the count. Any quick help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
jisenburg

Just attemtped copy of Localconfig.xml from 32-bit to 64-bit. Did not work. Copied original 64 bit version back.

I'm having the same problem, except that mailboxd is the only one that isn't running. I've tried several times, even upgrading the 6.0 to 7.0 to see if it was any different. Has any one found a solution to this?

Good afternoon, file localconfig.xml replace completely impossible, you just need to replace passwords. and those keys are not skipped.
sorry for bad english, I use google translator.

Thank you for your response. I've made sure all of the passwords in localconfig.xml match. They are all identical.
I've looked through the logs and I don't see anything of note in them, either. However, in the file zmmailboxd.out I see:

Zimbra and OpenSSH are the only servers / services running on the box. They are the only services installed. Checking netstat, nothing is bound to either of those ports. I'm completely stumped by this.
