Disable send from domain

Ok, this is a strange one I know, but I have a client who for a period of time wants to have the mailboxes available but wants to make sure sending from those accounts is disabled. All the non-active account status basically lock the account out. Is there some way I can keep the boxes active but disable sending from that particular domain (there are multi-domains on the box)?

You can restrict the domains they can send to with Postfix:

I'm actually needing to restrict them from sending all together. Basically all they can do is view the mail that is in their box, their calendars, etc. They just can't send anything - even to someone else internal in the domain.
