I requested suport trhough the email and had and quick answer.

They logged in my server and checked everything out.

It was suggested to install convertd.

The mail with instructions follows below:
I might have seen the root cause: you didn't install convertd at installation time. Please rerun the *same* installer again, choose to "upgrade" (even if we are not), add the convertd package as the only different option, keep other options the same, and then run the commands you see below to reactivate it (in red). Once reactivate, you'll have to reindex the accounts. In bold are relevant parts for you to follow what I did to find this out:
[zimbra@zimbra ~]$ zmprov ms `zmhostname` -- +zimbraServiceEnabled convertd

[zimbra@zimbra ~]$ zmconvertctl start
I will only be able to try it on Saturday at 9:00 -3GMT

@Mcevoys
Is this a single server setup, or multi?
Checking to see if the convertd service is enabled would be a step in the right direction.
% zmprov gs `zmhostname` | grep convertd
% zmconvertctl status
httpd service listening on port 7047?
# lsof -i :7047
Check zimbraConvertdURL for both Global and Server settings
% zmprov gs `zmhostname` | grep zimbraConvertdURL
% zmprov gacf | grep zimbraConvertdURL

Problem is now solved!
It's a single server setup.
I did an upgrade, installed convertd (not sure why it didn't get installed in the past few (dozen) upgrades, but there it is.
Started service, reindexed a large mail file (13k messages), and tested search...works as intended.
Thanks King0770 and psarni (I think this will likely solve your issue as well).

I solved my problem in another way. My convertd still isn´t installed.

I upgraded Zimbra NE just intalling over FOSS, and didn´t installed nothing diferent (tested a trial version and convertd is installed by default).
To solve my problem I just unchecked Attachment indexing in COS/advanced and search started to work.
I hope the 2 solutions help someone else
