Hey folks!
I have installed Open ZCS 7.1.0_GA_3140. This server is not to be allowed to send email outside the company network.
I can send email out to our primary domain/server. But when I try to send a reply from the primary, I get the "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" email.
Any ideas?

It sounds like a DNS issue. You should search for the error message returned. Since, you are using zimbra server for internal mails only, I guess you might had setup it as http://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Split_dns please check your DNS configs as guided in the guide.
