One of our users is having similar issue. Ajax mode load forever unless switch to standard mode. But when I restore the same account, it doesn't has this problem.

I have tried this but it's useless: https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Error_whil ... JAX_option

btw, this user is using Zimbra Desktop 7.3 as well and from the mailbox.log, he is the only user using port 443.

I have had a user with this problem for almost a year. Anybody figure out the cause and/or a resolution?

I have resolve this issue. We found out that this user somehow has a sync problem that end up duplicating a subfolder until over 50 subfolders deep. After deleting them, he has no problem logging in his webmail. Please check if your user is having similar issue

Today one user notify my that he can't log in Ajax web client of Zimbra.
He uses (and everyone) Chrome 39 and login with AD in web client, and screen freeze in loading page... no more.
If I change to HTML client works fine.
Nothing in logs. I disabled all zimlets for this user and change theme... and nothing...
What can i do ??
Release 8.5.0.GA.3042.UBUNTU14.64 UBUNTU14_64 FOSS edition
