Outlook connector upgrade after zimbra upgrade

Currently we have 8.5.1, I want to upgrade to 8.6 latest with patches


I have many users connecting with outlook, who have the 8.5.1 connector.


Will they be able to work with their connector untill I install the new connector in the computer ?


is uninstalling old connector and installing the new one enough or is there another procedure to update the connector in pc ?

Hi Shriam,

That's never been officially supported. Only supported to run the same version of zco as the zcs server, but should work. The Clients can click in Help, about the ZCO to upgrade it.
