Mail Queue Filtering

Here is snapshot of mail queue of our server, located in Indonesia.

The origin ip end with 65 is our gateway. We want to know how to deny or block mail sent from *.ru domain.
We've tried to filter using firewall (iptables and ipset), and zimbra blacklising, but all the way seems not so efficient. Please tell us the solutions.
