Why are my mails still delivered as spam?

Good Day,

All my emails are flagged as spam to Gmail, Yahoo, Live and even on one of my friend's corporate mail. SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and Reverse DNS are all in placed. Our domain name and IP addresses aren't blacklisted. I scored 10/10 on mail-tester.
It was also tested on isnotspam and below are some snippets of reports:

As you can see on the above report, the summary said that it is a non-spam but, in the email header it is flagged as spam. I can't find the reason why.
Someone please help me troubleshoot

BTW, this is a newly setup mail server running on CentOS 7 and Zimbra 8.6 FOSS with December 2015 Patch.

required=-20.0 is too low, its 6.6 in mine

As a workaround, I just subscribed to sendgrid for the mean time and use them as my smtp relay for the mean time. But, I still want to find out why did this happen and how could I solve it without using an smtp relay.

I have same trouble, SPF, DKIM, and PTR Record are all in their place and configurated. But, my mail still marked as spam by google mail. What should i do? Help me, please. Thanks.
