Hello, I'm new here and didn't find anything about this known issue from the previous forum.
This topic from the old forum explain pretty well our situation here. https://community.zimbra.com/collaborat ... #pi33863=1
We've the Zimbra 8.6 and some of our workstations frequently (not all of them) had a error while trying to log in the web mail using any browser. A "workaround" suggested by our zimbra supporter was to clean all of the cache and temp files from these workstations and reboot. It works, not all of them at the first try, but somehow the web mail doesn't show the message and the users can login. BUT we aren't happy with this "solution", cause almost everyday we've this issue. So looking for a answer I found this topic listed above but didn't try this already cause our zimbra supporter said that this is outdated and they don't believe this errors is caused by something in the server, they believe that cause this error doesn't occur in all of workstations this is a local issue in the respective machine, and not the server.
Need help... If someone need more information just ask that as soon as possible I'll post here.
