Hi Zadmins,
I installed zimbra 8.6.0 about 2 months ago. All worked fine.
But, Since 4 days, I can NOT load Zimbra Admin UI. It is blank.
I access in this way.
https://host.domain.com:7071
But, All users can log in to webmail including admin.
I regenerated certificate too with zmcertmgr
I ran this as well
zmprov md domain.com zimbraDomainStatus active
the above command worked.
then,
zmprov fc domain.com
But, the above did NOT work. it says "ERROR: service.INVALID_REQUEST (invalid request: unknown cache type"
How can I run fc. is it zmprov fc domain or zmprov fc domain domain.com
I searched 4 days. But still No luck.
Some have come across this issue. But no solution from zimbra Developers.

I was able to figure out the "zmprov fc domain" command -- no errors, but admin UI at port 7071 is unavailable still.
I've tried using Firefox, IE and Chrome -- the same problem, the blank page.
Firefox Developer Toolbar report these errors:
Exception in launch(): undefined zimbraAdmin61
Exception in launch(): undefined zimbraAdmin61
launch() zimbraAdmin:2282
AjxCore._createListenerClosure/closure() Ajax_all.js.zgz:105
Any help is greatly appreciated at this point.

Did you do any customs in your Zimbra installation ? Why user interface is listening on port number 8443 ?

Did you try with https://localhost:7071 (ssh -L 7071:localhost:7071 user@your_remote_server_ip) ?
