I can NOT load Zimbra Admin UI. It is blank.

Hi Zadmins,

I installed zimbra 8.6.0 about 2 months ago. All worked fine.

But, Since 4 days, I can NOT load Zimbra Admin UI. It is blank.

I access in this way.

https://host.domain.com:7071

But, All users can log in to webmail including admin.

I regenerated certificate too with zmcertmgr

I ran this as well

zmprov md domain.com zimbraDomainStatus active

the above command worked.

then,

zmprov fc domain.com

But, the above did NOT work. it says "ERROR: service.INVALID_REQUEST (invalid request: unknown cache type"

How can I run fc. is it zmprov fc domain or zmprov fc domain domain.com

I searched 4 days. But still No luck.

Some have come across this issue. But no solution from zimbra Developers.

I'm experiencing the same problem.

The ZimbraAdmin page (at port 7071) is blank.
The zmprov md <mydomain> zimbraDomainStatus active command does not produce any output.
The zmprov fc <mydomain> produces: ERROR: service.INVALID_REQUEST (invalid request: unknown cache type: <mydomain>)

Hello,

I was able to figure out the "zmprov fc domain" command -- no errors, but admin UI at port 7071 is unavailable still.

I've tried using Firefox, IE and Chrome -- the same problem, the blank page.

Firefox Developer Toolbar report these errors:

Exception in launch(): undefined zimbraAdmin61

Any help is greatly appreciated at this point.

Yes, admin user is available -- the admin UI used to work till yesterday.

Yes, user interface is available via port 8443.

Zimbra Desktop works fine as well.
